Life is stressful, busy and can be difficult to navigate. This can result in painful patterns and difficulty in relationships.
Therapy provides one with the opportunity to learn new skills to navigate life's challenges more effectively and experience understanding in a judgment-free zone. The result can lead to improved relationships, a stronger sense of self and greater balance and peace.
I Can Help You:
- Teenagers & Adults
- Anxiety & Depression
- Eating Disorders/Issues with Food
- Parent, spouse or loved one of someone with an Eating Disorder
- Relationship Difficulties
- Life Transitions
- Christian Issues & Spirituality
My approach includes mindfulness, Dialectical BehaviorTherapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with the goal of helping one understand their present experience and have the skills to respond effectively. On a deeper level, we may explore relational and existential issues, such as identity, meaning and purpose through existential and narrative therapy.
